BarreConcept® fuses the elegance of ballet, the core focus of Pilates, the mindfulness of yoga, and the strength of functional training into one dynamic, full-body workout. Using small, controlled movements and high-repetition sequences, this low-impact class tones, strengthens, and sculpts from head to toe. Every week each class is different incorporating light hand weights, resistance bands, mini balls, and mats to intensify each movement and deepen muscle engagement. All set to motivating music in a supportive environment.

Expect improved posture, flexibility, and muscle definition—no dance or Pilates experience required, all fitness levels welcome. Just bring your focus, and get ready to feel the burn!

BOOKING POLICY

Classes are available on a Pay As You Go or Monthly Block Booking basis. For Monthly Block Bookings, you reserve a specific class time (Thursday 6pm Barre) for the entire month. To attend multiple classes per week, book them individually.

During Holly's maternity leave, the class timetable is reduced, and repeating sessions are not available. As such, the makeup class system is temporarily suspended.

If you cancel a class with at least 12 hours' notice, you will eligible for a refund or receive a class credit for the same class type (Barre for Barre), valid for one month only from the original class date. Credits are subject to availability and must be used within the following month. Expired credits are not refundable and have no monetary value. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will forfeit the class without credit or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fitness with Holly requires 12 hours' notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations will incur the full class fee. Cancellations made with more than 12 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or class credit upon request.
