
Terms and Conditions
Group Classes are scheduled and purchased on a “term” basis, meaning that you book a particular class (i.e Monday 7pm) for the entire term, which is usually 6 weeks duration. If you would like to attend two or more times per week, you need to book into multiple classes in the same way.

Fitness with Holly do offer a “makeup system” which allows you an opportunity to cancel out of your regularly booked class and book into a “makeup class” if you know that you will be absent. This makeup system is subject to certain terms and conditions, which are outlined below.

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice of your absence in order to offer a makeup class.

All makeup classes must be taken within the same term; they cannot be carried over to future terms and must be changed "like for like"

Makeups can be arranged in advance; for example, if you know you are missing a week in February, you can cancel out of that week and complete your makeups in January.

Makeup classes are offered on a space available basis only. It is the sole responsibility of the client to manage their makeups within the same term. Please appreciate that you will likely need to be flexible in terms of class level, day and time in order to arrange makeups.

If you are not able to arrange all makeup classes before the end of the term, regardless of reason, they will expire. A unused makeup class has no monetary value.
NEW TO FITNESS WITH HOLLY?
If you’re new and haven’t tried Barre Concept, Body Control Pilates, or Zumba before, please contact me first to discuss any injuries or limitations and make sure the class is right for you.

All classes must be booked online in advance — spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You can cancel or change your booking up to 12 hours before class.

Once booked, you’ll receive a welcome email with key information about the class, the venue and an enrolment form to complete before your first session.

BARRE CONCEPT A full body workout combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training to improve flexibility, balance, and posture. Wear comfortable gym clothes with either pilates grippy socks or bare feet. Bring water and a pilates mat.

BODY CONTROL PILATES A methodical workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness to improve posture and prevent injury. Wear comfortable gym clothes with either pilates grippy socks or bare feet. Bring water and a pilates mat.

ZUMBA A fun, high-energy dance workout set to lively music. Wear comfortable gym clothes and supportive trainers. Bring water.
