If you’re new and haven’t tried Barre Concept, Body Control Pilates, or Zumba before, please contact me first to discuss any injuries or limitations and make sure the class is right for you.

All classes must be booked online in advance. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You can cancel or change your booking up to 12 hours before class.

Once booked, you’ll receive a welcome email with key information about the class, the venue and an enrolment form to complete before your first session.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

BARRE CONCEPT A full body workout combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training to improve flexibility, balance, and posture. Wear comfortable gym clothes with either pilates grippy socks or bare feet. Bring water and a pilates mat.

BODY CONTROL PILATES A methodical workout focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness to improve posture and prevent injury. Wear comfortable gym clothes with either pilates grippy socks or bare feet. Bring water and a pilates mat.

ZUMBA A fun, high energy dance workout set to lively music. Wear comfortable gym clothes and supportive trainers. Bring water.

BOOKING POLICY

Classes are available on a Pay As You Go or Monthly Block Booking basis. For Monthly Block Bookings, you reserve a specific class time (Wednesday 6pm Zumba) for the entire month. To attend multiple classes per week, book them individually.

During Holly's maternity leave, the class timetable is reduced, and repeating sessions are not available. As such, the makeup class system is temporarily suspended.

​

If you cancel a class with at least 12 hours' notice, you will eligible for a refund or receive a class credit for the same class type (Zumba for Zumba), valid for one month only from the original class date. Credits are subject to availability and must be used within the following month. Expired credits are not refundable and have no monetary value. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will forfeit the class without credit or refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Fitness with Holly requires 12 hours' notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations will incur the full class fee. Cancellations made with more than 12 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or class credit upon request.
