I'm Holly, the founder and owner of Fitness with Holly. I'm a qualified
Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry.

I specialise in working one on one with clients in the gym as well as teaching independent Barre, Pilates and Zumba classes. That are small, personalised and designed to help you move with strength and confidence. My approach is all about creating a welcoming, inclusive and encouraging space where every body feels seen and supported.

Whether you are looking to strengthen, stretch, dance or just to feel good in your skin. With a blend of expert guidance and personal attention, I'm here to help you reach your goals in a way that's fun, sustainable and uniquely yours

Sophie is the founder of SoPilates and brings a unique blend of Pilates and ballet inspired movement to her Barre classes. With a deep understanding of body awareness, strength, and mobility, Sophie’s sessions are elegant yet powerful. Her classes are designed to sculpt, tone, and improve posture while also helping you build grace and control through mindful movement.

JO BODYCONTROLPILATES® INSTRUCTOR

COVERING BODY CONTROL PILATES THURSDAYS 7PM AT LINDFORD VILLAGE HALL

Jo is a fully qualified Pilates teacher trained with Body Control Pilates, one of the most respected pilates trainers in the UK. Her classes focus on precision, alignment, and control, creating a strong foundation for both beginners and experienced participants. Jo has a calm, encouraging teaching style that helps everyone feel supported, confident, and empowered in their practice.
